Pricing & Payments
- All prices are listed in Israeli New Shekel (ILS) per day
- Multi-day and weekly discounts are available — see pricing tiers on each product page
- Payment is accepted via bank transfer, cash, or check
- A quotation will be sent to you after your rental request is reviewed
- Final pricing may be adjusted based on rental duration and equipment combination
Equipment Care & Responsibility
- All equipment is inspected and tested before each rental
- The renter is responsible for the equipment from pickup to return
- Any damage beyond normal wear will be assessed and charged accordingly
- Lost or stolen equipment is the full responsibility of the renter
- Please report any issues immediately upon receiving the gear
Identification & Requirements
- A valid government-issued ID is required at pickup
- First-time renters may need to provide additional contact references
- Corporate and production company rentals welcome — invoicing available
Cancellation & Late Returns
- Cancellations made 24+ hours before pickup are free of charge
- Late returns are subject to additional daily rental charges
- Please contact us as soon as possible if your schedule changes
Pickup & Delivery
- Free local pickup from our studio in Ramallah (Al-Omaryoon St. 25)
- Delivery may be available for large orders — ask us for details
- Pickup hours: Saturday–Thursday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Friday: By appointment only
